With size 00 models and celebrites gracing the covers of teen and adult magazines and television, should it be concluded that this is causing teen girls and young adults to think negatively of their body image?
1. Explore why this "thin is in" policy is becoming the norm.
2. Does this problem affect our teens in a negative way?
3. Are we becoming accustomed to this body image and making it what is normal in society?

I think this is a good topic.. you should be able to write a nice extensive paper on this topic..

I was watching Janic Dickenson Modeling Agency yesterday & she took the models out to a resturant that ONLY served 300 calorie meals..! Janic kept making comments about how she didnt want her models looking pudgy for their shoot the next day when her models were already the size of a twig. eesh, that makes me feel like a chunk. Sorry for such a long comment, but I think it goes right along with your paper topic.
